Happy Spring Field & Stream Hike

Want to get outside and hike? Tired of being cooped up? Join us for our first hike of the season. On this hike, we will learn all about the birds and animals that depending on open fields and wetland areas of the park. We will meet at the Environmental Learning Center and then head out for 1.5 – 2 mile hike. This hike is moderately challenging. Please wear hiking shoes, pants, water, and bring a jacket. Dogs are welcome if on leash at all times, must be friendly to dogs & people, and up to date on shots.
We will meet at the Environmental Learning Center. Driving Directions: Drive past the park office at 170 Route 259 Hwy, Penn Run, PA 15765. Drive past the park office on Rt 259 & go 1/2-3/4 mile. Turn left into Dragonfly Pond / Environmental Learning Center Parking lot. Walk up to the building on the right. Program is weather dependent.
