The Youth Arts Celebration aims:
- To provide community exposure for the work of art, music, drama and literary art students in grades K-12.
- To engage young people in new learning opportunities which will increase their interest in the arts and in their schools.
- To create a partnerships between the schools and the Indiana Arts Council, including teachers and administrators.
- To enhance the awareness of the benefits of art education for young people.
- To develop and enhanced appreciation of the arts in the community.
