The Blairsville Community Development Authority (BCDA) is a governmental organization that was created to work with public and private sector partners to obtain funding and support for development , redevelopment, construction and improvement projects; administer a neighborhood revitalization program; mobilize local resources and talent; complete projects that result in frequent, visible changes; capitalize on Blairsville's unique assets and preserve the community's sense of place. The mission of the BCDA is to build a stronger, more vibrant community to benefit all the residents and businesses of Blairsville, Pennsylvania.
