Indiana County is proud to be the home of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). IUP makes significant contributions to the economic and cultural strength of the region, the commonwealth, and the nation through education, scholarship and service.
Spanning 374 acres, the beautiful main campus is a combination of historical charm and state-of-the-art facilities. It includes 59 major buildings and 11 athletic fields. Many of IUP’s buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places. You will find those sites throughout the campus; some house the administrative offices while others hold an occasional academic class.
IUP offers a vast array of undergraduate, master and doctoral programs. Coupling these opportunities with a plethora of student life activities, IUP provides a highly personalized and intimate learning-centered environment for everyone that extends outside of the classroom for a well-rounded college experience.
