Women’s Night Out

FreeGrab your girl friends and join us for a night of fun, health, and fitness. This event will feature:
~local vendors, all geared towards enhancing women’s lives.
~Adagio Health will be here providing flu, pneumonia, Tdap and COVID-19 vaccines. They will also be completing free breast cancer screenings.
~Group fitness demos will be at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, and 7:30. We will have classes both in the gym and Group X studio, all studio classes will be first come, first serve with a max of 15.
~Basket Raffle, Tickets are $10 for 25 tickets: All monies raised from the basket raffle will benefit the Y’s Annual Fund, which helps support our financial assistant programs here at the Y.
We will be waiving all join fees for the Y during the event.
