Shakespeare Team – First Organizational Meeting

The Indiana Players Shakespeare Team will be holding its first organizational meeting on Saturday, September 30, at 1:00pm at the Philadelphia Street Playhouse. Our team competes in the Pittsburgh Public Theater’s annual Shakespeare Monologue and Scene Contest, which is usually held in early February. In preparation for that event, the team typically meets weekly on a Saturday or Sunday. The contest is open to students in grades 4 through 12. We encourage all students in those grades who would like to have fun refining their acting skills to participate. Anyone who is interested but cannot attend this first meeting should definitely contact John Henry, as the times for future meetings will be chosen to accommodate the students’ other commitments.
