Join yoga instructor Katie Reed in the community garden for a free 45 minute class focused on connecting with nature and gentle movement. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you learn the foundations of yoga asana, meditation, and various breathing techniques. All ages and all levels of yoga experience are welcome- even beginners! Bring a mat, towel or blanket for the dewy grass, and a water bottle.
