Remembrance of War, Visions of Peace – First UU Church of Indiana PA

We honor the history of veterans, and of the many wars that the United States has found itself involved in over the last two and a half centuries, and honor their hope that their lives or deaths might lead us to a more just and peaceful world. Let us honor this history and allow ourselves to ponder the lessons of military history in helping us confront the issues of our own time with honor, dignity, and a willingness to sacrifice for a greater good.
