About The Allenwood: Students enrolled in the Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism, and Event Management program participate in this unique hands-on learning laboratory. Students learn how to manage and operate a food and beverage facility. Each week students prepare a different themed buffet menu. Lunch includes a rotating soup and dessert special.
