Get ready to work your whole body and mind! Watkins Boxing will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos along with focusing on the proper fundamentals and techniques. Learn the basics of boxing while improving your cardio, muscle strength, reflexes and frame of mind. This class has a maximum of 15 participants.
