Indiana Free Library Annual Gingerbread House Contest

Our annual Gingerbread House Decorating contest will be coming up soon!! This year, we will not only post picks online for our entries and judges to vote on, but we will provide you with an opportunity to let others see your creations in person at the library!! Yes!!

Bring your awesome Gingerbread House to the library for the Gingerbread House exhibit that will run from December 13th until December 21st–the day we will announce the winner of the contest. Votes will be taken from Facebook “Likes” and also votes from library patrons browsing what is sure to be a beautiful exhibit. There will be two age groups this year. Adults(18 and up), and Kids. Pictures of the houses in the exhibit will be posted on Facebook so that those who may not be able to come into the library, can still participate in the fun with their vote. The houses with the most votes will win a really nice prize for their creativity and hard work in the kitchen!

So be thinking about building a house for our exhibit in December. Help us spread the Christmas spirit to our Indiana Community with your beautiful creations!!
