Indiana Art Association Open Arts Show

IAA 20TH ANNUAL FALL OPEN ARTS SHOW NOW ON DISPLAY

The Indiana Art Association (IAA) recently announced award winners in their 20th annual fall Open Arts Show. This year’s exhibit includes 40 works of art from 24 artists.

Award winners are:

Beth Wheeler—Best of Show for “Forest Sanctuary” (oil painting)

Lisa Marie Buggey—1st Place for “Dear Padre Pio” (oil painting)

Jolene Joyner—2nd Place for “Amish Work Horses” (oil painting)

Fred Hummel—3rd Place for “Evening Fog” (digital photograph)

Artwork may be viewed through January 5th at the Historical and Genealogical Society of Indiana County (HGSIC) during their normal business hours: Tuesday-Friday 9-4 and Saturday 10-3. As a reminder, HGSIC will be closed from November 19th—27th and will reopen November 28th. HGSIC is located at 621 Wayne Avenue in the old armory building.
