Breaking Down the Borders 2023

Local RCOs coming together to bring the community awareness and a Battle of the Bands.
Free entry and all ages welcome.
There will be food trucks and a grand prize to the winner of the Battle of the Bands.
Other activities (including face painting) may be available.
