Beer Dinner at Levity Brewing

We are back with a new beer dinner for you! Grab your tickets before they’re gone.
This one is all French themed cuisine and should add a new twist to the Levity beer dinner you’ve all come to know and love:
Course 1
French Onion Soup
Braised white onions, melted Gruyere and Parmesan cheese, and a toasted baguette served in a bowl of beef broth.

OR
Vichyssoise
Leek and potatoes cream soup served chilled and topped with chives.
Course 2
Oysters Mignonette
Oysters served in the half shell with a house-made Mignonette and garnished with lemons.
Course 3
Scallops Provencal
Sea scallops lightly breaded and served on a bed of rice with a white wine reduction sauce and lemons.
Intermezzo
Raspberry sorbet garnished with mint leaves, served as a pallet cleanser.
Course 4
Coq au Vin
Chicken thighs cooked in red wine with carrots, mushrooms, and pearl onions. Served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes.
Course 5
Assorted desserts of chocolate souffle, macaroon, and creme brulee.
