Our Indiana County Remembers Day is scheduled for September 11, 2010. We will be starting around Noon and plan for an all day event. Details about parking, cost, schedule for the day and all the fun events we are planning will be sent as soon as we have all the details. The planning stages include Live Music (7 Mile Run formerly The Country Knights) will be our featured band this day, Local Vendors from Indiana County such as PA BBQ, The Rose Inn, Walnut Hill Winery, Smicksburg Comunity Cheese, games for the whole family, face painting for the kids (or those of us who are still kids at heart). We will start the day off with time to remember those who were lost on September 11, all who have given their lives in service for our country, and to honor those who currently serve and who have served in the military to help keep this a free nation. This event will be open to all who want to come so tell all your friends and families to mark it on their calenders too.
