Thursday Classes at the YMCA, Friday Classes at IUP Zink Hall. Minimum age is 60. $3.00 per person. Classes are ideal for those with joint pain, those who can't exercise in the heat and those who need motivation in becoming active. Classes are led by a certified instrustor. You do NOT need to know how to swim.
